1. Data controller

TONIUTTI ASSOCIÉS is the controller of personal data collected on this site. This policy explains which data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you choose to send us, mainly through the contact form:

  • identity: first name, last name;
  • contact details: email address, phone number (optional);
  • message content and reason for contact (coaching, press, professional, other);
  • minimal technical data: IP address, date and time of submission, page language, used for security (rate limiting, anti-spam) and to follow up on the request.

The site does not require a user account. No payment data is collected here: there is no online checkout.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your request (coaching, press, collaboration): legitimate interest and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
  • Internal follow-up (database copy, notification email, contact record): legitimate interest in processing professional enquiries.
  • Audience measurement (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights): legitimate interest in understanding site usage, with no third-party advertising.
  • YouTube videos: only if you play a video (youtube-nocookie.com player).

4. Recipients

Contact messages are read by Adeline Toniutti's team. Submitting the form triggers: a notification email to contact@adelinetoniutti.com (via Brevo), a copy in an internal PostgreSQL database, adding your details in Brevo to follow up the request, and a transfer to the internal lead-tracking tool (CALYP team). We do not sell your data or share it with advertising partners.

5. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and then for as long as professional follow-up requires, unless a longer legal obligation applies.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (audience measurement, Vercel hosting). There is no advertising-consent banner. Videos on the Stage page open in a YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com) only if you click to play them.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@adelinetoniutti.com or use the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (hosting, analytics, email) may process data from countries outside the European Union. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent) apply.
